How do you download music onto your psp?

I tied to download music to my psp from my computer wich has windows vista and when i go play music the folder is there of the artist but 0 tracks what am i doing wrong?

Every time i put the music on using windows media player i go onto the psp and the space is taken up but there is no song on it what do i do?

i just want to know how to do this because i dont have a clue and i would like to do it so any ideas
