How do you get rid of blurry sims in The Sims 2 game?

It is hard to play my game the house are flashing red and stuff.

you know that little blurry box that comes up above the sims private parts like when they are taking a shower, I want to get ride of that. What website can I go to to get a cheat code or whatever it's called to get rid of that?

i cant even download them i dont no how but when you do... do they go right to the sims 2 game or do you have to sumhow transfer them? i really dont no please help me... i cant even find where you download the objects on the sims 2 website
