How do you get your real picture to replace the avatar pic?

I have imported a picture and been able to get it to show in my profile but not in my messages. I comment on the yahoo stock boards a lot and would like to replace my avatar with a imported pic that will show up when I post comments. Can this be done...

I have a picture on my 360 page and on my 'edit profile' I have clicked 'use 360 profile image' etc but the grey face won't budge. What's going on?

I've done it before but I have forgotten how to do it. And when you right click on the picture what option do you choose. I keep clicking on Save as.... and then go to the 360 page and they are not letting me put it up. So what do I got to do???
