How can I post my Avatar picture in my blog on 360?

I think I will need to save my avatar as a JPG, then use it in my blog, but I don't know how t save it to JPG first. Where do I save it from? My avatar shows up in 360, but it changes everytime I create a new one, and I want to save a specific one to that blog. HELP PLEASE!!
