How do you send a picture on yahoo mail?

I was sending easily my pictures to Yahoo My Photos from received mails in old Yahoo mail inbox, because there was 'send to my photos' button under the every picture in old Yahoo mail inbox.But now, there is no 'send to my photos' button under the pictures...

I have a picture of myself in my computer and i want to send it to a friend through yahoo mail and my friend also has a yahoo ID...how can i do it??i'l be really grateful if anyone can tell me..

I want to attach a few pictures to an e-mail on my yahoo e-mail account. The pictures were taken at with an 8mp camera, so there file size on my PC is at least 2.0mb. Is their a way in yahoo or otherwise to shrink the size before I attatch it?
