How do you stuff a turkey for thanksgiving meals?

My prime chocie was the Liberty Tree Tavern in The Magic Kingdom because I know for certain they would have Thanksgiving style food on Thanksgiving, but they were already booked solid. Other reatuarants serve special meals on Thanksgiving?
