How does italy's climate affect its people?

I have a geography project where I chose to do south korea's climate and how it affects the people. I couldn't find out and I was wondering if anyone could help me :)

For instance, are people who live in hot countries more hospitable and warmer? Are people in cold countries more cooperative?
