How harmful is white mold?

We are cleaning an old rental house and discovered dried on mold which we were told has been there for 2 years and not cleaned , but dry. I walked in to the closet and it made me cough. Is it still fixable?

I opened up my dishwasher & found many black spots on one side of the front panel, then noticed white fuzzy mold all around the perimeter of the machine. Does this mean there is a leak somewhere behind the dishwasher? Thank you for your response.

I decided to clean out the filter of my A/C in my room... when I removed the filter I noticed a white substance on the metal just behind the filter... It's been raining a lot in my area so I'm guessing it's mold or fungi.....

The last rain I got water in the basement and just the bottom of the fireplace has the mold.

I have lived in this house for over a year now and have been feeling more symptoms as time goes on; slightly upset stomach, major fatigue, short term memory problems, blurred vision, easily irritable, trouble concentrating, mild head aches, some sneezing...

I've tried similar storage and my rice seems to grow mold after 3-4 days.

The black mold has appeared in tiny spots but is getting worse, its actually in the grouting rather than just on top? Any help would be much appreciated?
