How many Harley Davidson dealerships received Superglide FXD35s, and how many are still available?

I know the insurance is less on a Kawasaki 650R, but I was wondering if a '98 Harley Dyna Superglide would cost a lot more than a Kawasaki 650R Ninja for maintenance? Thank you.
