How should I fix my surf board?

the board is like 25 years old.Has like 4 holes and alot of dents.It is ruff all over and is losing its color.

i was hoping duct tape along with filling the cracks with super glue would do the true. the cracks are minor but i would not like if the board became water lodged. should i replace ...show more

its in pretty good shape.but it needs some work done to it.sanding?what type of sand paper?or do i even use sand paper on it?help me if you can. thank you
