How to add a button in Yahoo toolbar?

Need to add Previous page button to Yahoo toolbar?

The button was previously there but now its not there in the button gallery...

I go to add/edit buttons and I try to add the mail button but it won't work. It keeps on saying error on page! Are there any other directions?

I just downloaded Internet Explorer Optimized with the new Yahoo toolbar and I want to add my own button but there isn't an option for it, but the tutorial says there should be. Why is that and how can I make my own button?
