Some days I feel great, I love talking to people, I feel comfortable in my own skin and enjoy everything. Other days I'm over thinking every little situation and I feel like I have no confidence and I get extremely nervous and shy. I don't completely know myself yet so I just try to be the nicest guy I can be. But I need to build self confidence. How do I do this? Anything will help guys. I just want to feel good in my own skin and stop trying to impress every single person. Thanks
