How to change Outlook Express to Yahoo Mail?

i can't found yahoo setting for enable pop3 mail account. allready i m configure my outlook express setting.

I do not know the password or the name on the out look mail- and I do not know how to change it on the control panel? how do I get this right - When I click on a "contact us" it brings up the outlook mail and I can not log in to it!?

One answer was, if yahoo was not in the drop down window, then click on the 'continue' button in Internet Explorer. I can't find the continue button. Where is it located?
