How to change the language of my MSN messenger?

hi, i took a trip to an arab country for the summer and now all my msn messenger stuff is in arabic. How do you change it back to english???? thanks

am in mexico and i made an account but it´s all in spanish and i want to change it to english......

I have already changed permissions on my Windows Live so that my contacts don't get updates when I change my Messenger pic. But what about on chat, when I block a contact, if I then change my Messenger pic, can that person see it?

when i talk with friend at yahoo messenger in language and when i need talk with other friend from other countery in other language when i change language the messenger frozen and can not write unless close it and resign again .
