How to clear a stuffy nose?

I've got a nasty head cold with a really stuffy nose. It runs a bit, but when I try to blow, nothing comes out. I can wipe the thin nasal discharge away, but I feel like I have a huge stockpile up in there that needs to blow out. I've tried: decongestants...

I've had a cold for about 3 days now and my nose is really stuffy. I really hate breathing through my mouth because it feels so awkward especially when I'm trying to sleep. Is there any ways to clear a stuffy nose fast?

I came down with a cold a few days ago, I had. Soar throat and my nose is really stuffy, the soar throat has gone away, but my nose seems to not clear up, please help, I want to smell again lol.
