How to get rid of a spider bite?

Got this spider bite, I think there is some kinda spider in my bed. But anyway a have a bite on my leg and it hurts and is slightly swollen and red and its about the size of a quarter.

About 4 or 5 years ago i noticed a red dot / mark on my leg. there were two little dots that looked like spider bites in the center. as days wentby the two spider bite marks dissapeared... but the red dot never went away. as weeks and months passed by...
