I went paintballing and 4 guys stood over me and shot me repeatadly and now I have 20+ bruises on my legs and back, but after paintballing we all went back to my friends house and I don't know if I pulled a muscle there but my body hurts so bad and I have to go horse riding today and I don't know what to do?! because it's going to hurt really bad, It even hurts when I walk so how can I get rid of this?
