How to get rid of pimples on arms and chest?

I have these little red bumbs on my arms and face.. there starting to get on my chest.. I'm kind of worried about it there like mini mini pimples sort of but there everywhere! what can I do to get them off... I need it to be something that will get them...

Well their not actually pimples, they look like pimples but they have no pus. Their white and their on my chest and upper back, and a few on my arms. I had them for 4 years already :(! They won't go away no matter what I do, I even tried pimple cream...
