How to get rid of scars?

i am a 15 year old guy.I have had acne for over two years now and these pimples have left a number of scars on my face.Some of these scars are really ugly and big and are on my cheek so they are very visible.Scars are all over my chin,forehead and cheeks...

I have a lot of acne scars on my face, is there a way to get rid of them? And I have some scab scars on my legs, how do i get rid of those also?
