How to get the old MSN e-mail back?

I have an msn email but i forgot the password and the answer to the retrieval question and it has no alternate email address. can anyone help?

my email and password are saved on my cousins computer and its the old msn i went on options and ticked always ask for password but it wont work what do i do?

I accidently deleted this guy instead of just blocking him because I didnt want to IM him at the time. Do you know how I can get that contact back on my list if i forgot his email?

i forgot my password and my security answer too.. how can i solve this problem?

i already have a email adress but recently ive been trying to get my email thing to show up for msn so i can view my msn emails instead of just having yahoo, so how can i get that instead of yahoo email?
