The toolbar with norton downloaded and I know have that one, but the one with Yahoo! Anti-Spy refused to download. How do I get the norton button out and the anti-spy in???

I recently downloaded Anti-Spy but I can't get an icon. Going to the Toolbar Preferences does nothing because it is not in there. So how can I use it when there is nothing to click on to get the ball rolling, so to speak?
