How to hide your facebook profile picture?

I already have this person removed from my friend list. But I don't want him to even view my profile pic, my profile is all private, but still. How can I hide seriously EVERYTHING from them?

I tried it and looked it up but it seems like it's the only thing you can't hide :( All I can do I remove my profile picture all in once?
