How to make a homemade hard cover book?

I ripped an ugly cover of a notebook. It came off clean but now its pretty much just a bunch of paper held together at the spine. How do I make a nice hard cover for it?

i want to print my own book & i want my own cover customize made. is there a place where i can order prints & cover made as well. wether be spiral or bound (hard cover)?
