How to make a picture the fill of text?

for a powerpoint, how do you make the picture not cover the text? for example , i have the text then the picture , but the picture covers the text, how do i make the text go NEXT to it and not behind it?

the icons appear to be a little smaller and there is room on both sides of picture where the screen is not full.

Well i don't know how to do this but if something is like on a website and you wanna save some part of it and show it to someone..but not like the whole website..you just want to cut that little part and save it..but it's not a picture that you wanna...
