How to make an e-mail with a picture in it?

I accidentally sent an email with a picture that isn't supposed to be released yet... how do i make sure the person cannot see the picture?

i want to send a picture but instead of attaching it, i would like to have it included in the email, so when u open it, u automatically see the picture. can someone help me please
