How to pay using paypal in ebay?

This is for EBAY I have just bought something off ebay for 75 bucks, and I want to pay them using paypal. But when I pay them, I want the money to go in there paypal pending balance until I get my item, How do I do that? Cause they have only 1 bad feedback...
