How do I read a pdf file on my iPod Touch?

I downloaded a pdf file with around 600 pages and i put it on my iTunes. I synced it and it says that the book is supposed to be on my iPod. I just need help figuring out how to read it on my iPod. Help please? What app do i need to download and how does it work? thanks :)
