How to send mass emails?

First off, how do I legitimately buy/obtain a large number of emails if I wanted to started a nationwide business?

I own a website and I want to figure out what I have to do to send all my registered users a email. I want to have the quickest easiest legal mass mailer there is. And, instead of needing to keep on going into every name and then copy the email address...
