How to send yahoo mail with outlook?

Just started using MS Office 2007 and would like to use MS Outlook to send & receive Yahoo mail how can I set this up I am receiving my yahoo mail through Outllook but I am having trouble sending from there can anyone offer assistance thanks a million...

I want Yahoo to keep a copy of the sent email on its server, after i have sent it from outlook, so i have a record if I use the online version of Yahoo mail. Any help would be appreciated
