How to stop saving conversations?

My neighbor can hear my phone conversations when I am using my cordless phone . I know she has a police scanner and cordless phone.Can someone give me some good advice of how to stop this? Is this against the law listening to others phone conversations...

on my computer it saves al my msn convosations and i dont want it to i've tryed all msn setting and it wont stop it anyone know ow 2 stop it saving them?
