I have a 96 Bonneville SSEI. The stock speakers have four wires going to them. they have a positive and negative wires running on both sides of the speaker. One side it 4 ohms and the other side is 10 ohms. I tried to hook both sets of wires up to my new speakers but all that was working was the tweeters I had no bass at all.
