I'am trying to change my profile picture?

I changed the profile picture, than when I go to another page it doesnt change. Please help! :)

i have a yahoo 360 account, and i have pictures on it, but everytime i try to change my picture on this profile, it doesnt stay there. its just changes back to my avatar.
