I can't open my e-mails. how do I fixed.

i have been trying ti down load yahoo messenger, but cant see when i send an im to people, or what they send to me. also i can not read my emails, for same reason. screen shows up blank. i can see the email header and footers, but no body shows at all...

i cant send or respond to any emails without request for verification in reference to spam. when the box comes up asking for the characters, i put them in, but email or response still will not be sent. this is very frustrating. this only started when...

when i go to my email account I see my emails . I cant delete or open my emails

My yahoo inbox reads that I have 3 unread emails. But I cant find the emails. How can I enter a command to list only unread email so that I can identify these ghost emails?
