Is any1 on here a paramedic or doctor?

Paramedic who is interested in training/becoming Accident and Emergency doctor currently have Bs in science at GCSE along with maths, english etc and C in biology at a AS level as well as B in ICT and C in health and social

I want to be a Paramedic, but I was thinking if I am really good at it I might want to go for being a Doctor. Is this possible? Or do you only have one chance at that when you start college?
