Is anyone else having trouble accessing Hotmail? First it said that I hadn't set up an inbox (which I've had for years), and now I can't even access my account!

It tells me whenever I turn on my computer, "You have ___ new messages!" when I try to go to hotmail, my computer just keeps reloading a different address and won't let me go to my inbox. How can I fix this??
