Is anyone using Yahoo messenger 9.0?

YAHOO INSIDER THE NEWS PART THAT OPENS WHEN YAHOO MESSENGER TURNS ON DOES NT SEEM TO BE ACCESSIBLE ANY LONGER ... DOES ANYONE ELSE HAVE THIS ISSUE ?

When reading the license agreement, it says you may have to pay for using Messenger. A person would be notified. Don't know which would be best, Mesenger or Yahoo toolbar. The only reason I want Yahoo Messenger is to get sound alerts when an email comes...

it turns out someone from an MSN email address has been using my ID on yahoo messenger...how is this possible?...has anyone ever run into this issue and how was it rectified?....thanks in advance for any helpful input
