Is it bad to move LCD screen when the computer is on?

I have a Mag LCD monitor and it never did this.. I dont know if it is from my computer or the monitor but it takes at least 10-15 mins or the computer to open... I do have some dll errors but i dont know if those are the cause... MY tower turns on but...
