Is it normal for your thumb to randomly go numb?

I broke my arm like 6months ago n got it off a little after Halloween. My thumb hurts when I pick stuff up n the right side of my arm goes numb of I tab my wrist. I broke the left side the radius or something

I was cutting something out for a short time when it went numb for a few days. Now 2 weeks on when i put pressure on it either cutting or lifting laptop up it tingles. Does anyone know whats wrong?
