Is it possible for teeth to naturally re-enamel like new?

Why when you are young ur teeth fall and new ones come out .. and when you reach like 12 or 13 years they stop falling and the same teeth remain for the rest of ur life

I didn't brush a lot when I was younger, but now that I am older, I do it a lot. My gums don't bleed when I brush, only once a few weeks ago when I brushed too hard, and that was one gum spot. I started flossing and it only bled the first few times....
