I had the last version of MSN and all of a sudden when i tried to sign in the other day it stopped me and said i wouldn't be allowed to sign in unless i downloaded the new version, therefore i said okay to downloading the new version and i was prompted by a message that said there was an error and it woudln't download because it either wasn't compatible with windows vista or something like that...what should i do? this is the error msg: C:\Windows\system32\Cabinet.dll is either not designed to run...
