PSP problems help?

I have tons of problems with my PSP-1000 (The original fat version). I got for Christmas just this year, but I found out that it came out of a storage unit somewhere. Anyway... The analog controller makes me go in strange directions when I'm playing...

I have the old fat psp and i tried to download the Skype feature using a tutorial from youtube and the psp internet browser and i downloaded it now i cant find the Skype feature on my psp! :(

Ok i do have a psp (black fat one) and i have itunes for my ipod. i tried dragging the video from itunes to the video folder on my psp. but when i went to the video section on the psp it says the video is "corrupt". but isn't the itunes videos...

I have custom firmware 4.01 m33 now recently my psp started behaving so wierd..like i used to select vsh menu by pressing select button.......and now when i press my home button vsh menu appears nd psp hangs..then i have to reboot.. And then i disabled...

My PSP problems started when it decided it wasnt going to play UMDs any more 3000 model by the way. Every once in awhile it when i started a downloadable game it might hold that White "PSP" screen you get whenever you start a game too long...
