PSP 3000 vs PSp Go

Im thinking of which psp i should get. the PSP 3000 is only 170 but at walmat the Go is @ 200 ( they lowered it 50 bucks.) so which one should i get. i care about scratches one my psp so this goes to all who can answer this second question. how good...
