Should I take the SAT Math Level 1 or 2 or both?

please tell me any details that should be known by a SAT student who wants to study in Egyptian universities.

i signed up to take the math level 1 SAT subject test, but i saw online that it's better to take the level 2 test. is there any way i can switch from level 1 to level 2 without having to pay a fee?

I plan on taking the sat ii math this coming exam but as I go deeper into the level 2 math, it's kinda challenging and the level way easier. I'm pretty sure I can score atleast a 700 on level 1 and like a 670 atleast on level 1. So which one do u guys...
