I just started with makeup. And I really wanna get a concealer first. I want a concealer for my dark circles. They aren't really dark, they are okay. But I don't like it. Since I'm new with this, I really dont want to go get a high end brand make up. So, what is the best drugstore concealer you have purchased before? Why? Also, it would be nice if I'm able to get it at Rite Aid or CVS. ~~~Thanks~~~
