Webcam won't work on MSN?

I have a Dell laptop with a webcam already integrated in it. Whenever I open my MSN Messenger my webcam won't work, it shows as if I don't have a webcam. I checked the tools setting and went on my audio and video setup to make sure everything was right...

Its just a grey screen. When I plug it in, a little box pops up on the desktop, and I can see myself. But on MSN, or anywhere else, nobody can see me, but I can see the person I'm talking to. :\ I've tried downloading the software fer it off the internet...
