What HD camcorder is a good one?

I need a good HD camcorder but i cant find one that fits my budget.Does any one recommend a really good HD camcorder i need one for youtube because i do youtube videos.

Im looking into buying a flip cam, but i noticed that you can get a regular one, or an HD one? Just wondering, what is the difference between them?

I lost the one it originally came with, but i have other wall chargers that fit it. But when I plug it in to them, the red light flashes 3 times and turns solid, but doesn't charge.
