What allergy medication works best for you?

I have really REALLY bad spring time allergies... and I was wondering what most of you use that works really well...

I've been sneezing for hours. I took some Zyrtec this morning, and I have some Tylenol for sinuses with me now but that doesn't seem to be the issue. Plus I feel exhausted now from all the sneezing and it just won't stop. Any help, pleeease?
