What are Maryland camping spots?

not an offical camp ground like just some woods where we wont get arrested for being there and having a small fire to cook with

Are there any primitive camping spots that require or allow you to boat into them located around the states of pensilvania, Maryland, Virginia, Delaware, or new jersey. I live right by dc and want to go on a serious adventure :)
