I am interested in studying in Japan for my Undergraduate, i don't know Japanese that well, but i really want to study there, are there any good international Universities there that are not that hard to get in to?

I passed my undergrad from a not so famous private institution.I have 8.57 gpa in BTech.No research paper so far.Can I make it to Top Universities? What are the things that I should do to reach my goal.Please any advice is welcome.

I want to study in japan for an undergraduate or a graduate degree , so do they teach in ENGLISH or only in Japanese ?

as in Meiji University(specificlly this one want to know) and Tokyo...are there any examination for foreign students or who want to study aborad at Japan??
