What are some good character customization games for the 360?

Are there any good games with good character customization for XBOX 360 or PC. For example, you get to customize their abilites, weapons, class, facial features, body. I prefer an RPG where you can play with your customizable player in the story.

Are there any FUN anime games for the PS3 or Wii that allow you to make your own character like Dragon Age or Elder Scrolls? Also are there any RECENT anime RPGs or Non RPGs available for the Wii or PS3 that are fun and has at least some form of character...

I was really into games like Oblivion or really any of the elder scrolls in general but I want something like "Armored Core" Where you can customize your character to kick the living **** out of anybody else lol (Preferably Sand box if possible...
